MahjongBlitz provides an agile project management software platform intended for technical teams in a corporate environment. The platform includes modules for resource allocation, task synchronization, and progress reporting, as detailed in the product sections of the website.

Access to the platform's features is granted through a user account, created based on the data provided by the client. MahjongBlitz does not guarantee that the available functions cover all possible work scenarios of each organization.

The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and to update any changes to it. The account is personal and non-transferable; the user is responsible for any activity carried out under their account.

It is forbidden to use the platform for:

• uploading illegal, defamatory content, or content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties;
• attempting to access other users' data or compromise system security;
• using bots, scripts, or other automated means that overload the infrastructure.

Violation of these obligations may lead to the immediate suspension of the account, without prior notice.

MahjongBlitz undertakes to maintain the platform's availability at a reasonable level, except during scheduled maintenance periods or force majeure situations. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance, via the email address associated with the account.

The provider reserves the right to modify the platform's functionalities, provided that the changes do not substantially affect the user's existing data. Any major change will be communicated 30 days before implementation.

MahjongBlitz is not responsible for losses caused by improper use of the platform or decisions made based on reports generated by the system.

To the extent permitted by law, MahjongBlitz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of data, even if it has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

The total liability of the provider for any claim related to the use of the platform is limited to the value of the subscription paid by the user in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply in the case of damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

The platform is provided "as is," without express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. MahjongBlitz makes reasonable efforts to correct reported errors but does not guarantee their remediation within a specific timeframe.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available on the website at policy.html. The user gives their express consent for the collection and processing of data necessary for the provision of the service.

MahjongBlitz implements technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. User data is not shared with third parties, except in cases provided by law or with essential service providers (hosting, payments), who are contractually obligated to adhere to the same confidentiality standards.

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period, starting from the moment the account is created. Either party may unilaterally terminate the contract, without stating a reason, with a 30-day notice, notified in writing to the other party's email address.

In the event of a serious breach of contractual obligations, the injured party may terminate the contract immediately, without notice. Termination of the contract does not affect the rights and obligations accumulated up to that date.

After termination, MahjongBlitz will make the user's data available to them in a standard format, within 30 days of the request. After this period, the data will be permanently deleted.

MahjongBlitz may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified at least 30 days before the changes come into effect, via email and through an announcement on the platform.

If the user does not agree with the changes, they may terminate the contract within the notice period, without penalty. Continued use of the platform after the changes come into effect constitutes acceptance of them.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the competent courts in Bucharest.
