We implemented SprintFlow Engine a month ago, and the results are visible, especially in how we managed to reduce task allocation time. Before, each sprint started with a one-hour meeting where we tried to match available resources with requirements. Now, the algorithm does this in seconds, and I can focus on fine-tuning where needed.
What I appreciate most is the transparency it offers: I can see exactly who has free capacity and who is close to their limit. I have already avoided two situations where a colleague would have been overloaded, because the system flagged the risk in time. I no longer waste time with spreadsheets and chain emails.
Not everything was perfect. The initial setup took longer than I estimated, especially because we wanted to correctly map the dependencies between teams. It took a few iterations until the task matrix reflected reality. But once the setup was ready, everything ran smoothly. I would say the first month was more of an adjustment period, but now I feel we have a tool we can rely on.
